Vorneo Property is a property agency working in and around Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This site shows the properties we market — houses, land, and shophouses — and moves the conversation to WhatsApp.

We act as an intermediary. We are not a party to the transaction between owner and buyer, we are not a notary or PPAT, we are not a bank, and we do not give legal, tax, or investment advice.

Property details — price, area, room counts, certificate type, and photos — come from the owner or the intermediary who entrusted the property to us. We try to present them as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is correct and current at all times.

Information on a listing page is not a binding offer. Availability and price can change, including after you have looked at the page.

Before you transact, check the original documents yourself: the certificate, the IMB or PBG, the PBB, and the status of the land rights. Verify at the land office and involve a notary or PPAT. Photos and virtual tours are not a substitute for visiting the property.

At the owner's request, a price may be shown as a range or hidden, and the exact location may be obscured. So a listing page does not always carry every detail of the property.

Map pins are approximate and are meant to show an area, not a plot boundary. Maps are provided by OpenFreeMap and we do not control their accuracy.

The calculator on the mortgage simulation page is a rough estimate based on the figures you enter yourself. It is not a credit offer and not a bank approval, and it does not account for provision fees, insurance, taxes, or any individual bank's policy. The real numbers are set by the bank.

When you submit a property through the form on this site, you confirm that you are the owner or have the owner's permission to offer it, and that the details and photos you send are accurate and may be used by us.

You give us permission to use those details and photos to market your property, both on vorneo.id and on our social channels. You can withdraw that permission at any time over WhatsApp: we will unpublish the listing page, although material already posted to social media may take time to remove.

Do not upload photos you have no rights to, and do not send us other people's personal data without their permission.

Browse, share links, and get in touch — all welcome. What is not allowed:

• bulk-extracting the site's content for reuse elsewhere;
• republishing our listing photos or descriptions without permission;
• sending fake, spam, or repeated form submissions;
• attempting to reach the admin area or otherwise interfering with the site.

The name, logo, layout, writing, and photos on this site belong to Vorneo Property or to the relevant property owner. You are free to share links to pages; copying the content for use elsewhere needs our permission.

This site links out to WhatsApp, our social channels, and sometimes Google Maps. Once you leave vorneo.id, those services' own terms and privacy policies apply, not these terms.

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not guarantee it is always free of errors or always reachable.

The decision to buy, sell, or rent a property is yours. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from a decision made on the basis of information on this site alone, without your own verification. Nothing here reduces your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law.
